What do I need to prepare before I start web design?

1. Visual Information

Modern people would rather look at pictures than read, so image pictures, product pictures or materials with aesthetic sense can immediately capture the user's attention, which is an important factor to enhance the visual quality of the website.

Please provide the vector files of your logo and standard characters to avoid graphic distortion. If the company has not yet planned a corporate identity system, it can ask the web designer to assist in the logo design.

If you want to provide a product image with the backing removed, the original editable file format is preferred.

A clear image with high resolution will complement the corporate image.

If there is a video that needs to be shown on the website, please upload the video file to Youtube or Vimeo before providing the URL for the web designer to build and execute.

2. Copywriting

Copywriting by the marketing department of the enterprise, the main content includes the latest news, company profile, product specifications, contact us at ...... and other information to create the tree structure of the enterprise website, set the menu. Ideal copy should be clear and concise, and put the core values of the company into it, so that the web designer knows the priority of each paragraph, and can do the text layout by himself/herself.

3. Other Information

If there are other special needs, please provide relevant information, such as brief download, form download, manual ......, etc., so that users can download the document or file.
